1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MySocialPulse.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & account use

You must be at least 18 years old and only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and must change your temporary password within 24 hours of account creation.

3. Description of service

MySocialPulse.io provides social media analytics, AI-generated content and timing recommendations, and (where enabled) multi-platform post publishing, subject to each connected platform's own API availability and limits.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly per platform, per add-on, or as a flat All-Access plan, as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience; USD is the currency of record.

5. Acceptable use

  • No spam, fraudulent activity, or illegal content
  • No misuse of connected social media APIs or attempts to circumvent platform rate limits
  • No use of the service to violate any connected platform's own terms of service

6. Third-party platform compliance

Your use of Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and X features through MySocialPulse.io is also governed by, and must comply with, Meta's Platform Terms, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the X Developer Agreement and Policy, respectively. We may suspend a connected platform's features if required to remain compliant with that platform's rules.

7. AI-generated content

Content ideas, captions and best-time suggestions are AI-assisted recommendations based on available data. They are suggestions, not guarantees of results, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or a connected platform's policies.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySocialPulse.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms we connect to.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
